My journey in chatting and sales rep work started at an agency, where we focused primarily on using the girlfriend-experience style chatting style and a bit of DOM, depending on the account. I worked with accounts with high and medium traffic, generating an average of $600- $900 per shift, depending on the account. I worked here for three months before the agency stopped paying salaries, which prompted me to start applying for new offers, and I received an offer with ChatMgmt. My experience as a chatter with ChatMgmt was quite different, as each chatter is usually assigned 5-6 models with different personalities
