How do I know the test results are real?
Every percentage is computed from the test itself, never self-reported. The tests are timed (including time spent off the page), pasting is blocked in the chat simulation, and inhumanly fast or templated answers are flagged for human review. Anyone scoring under 60% is never listed at all.
What exactly do I get for 1 credit?
One introduction to the VA you choose: their full name and their direct contact details, WhatsApp and email, plus Telegram and Discord where they use them, revealed instantly and yours permanently. The locked profile shows exactly which channels each VA has before you spend anything. No job post, no waiting for applicants.
Are these real, verified people?
Yes. Every VA is vetted as a real person before listing, applicants through our test submit a government identity document, and under-18s are automatically rejected. Profiles that carry the ID badge have the document on file with their application.
What if a VA has already been hired?
Profiles carry an 'Already hired or unavailable? Report it' link, and reported listings are reviewed and retired. You also see each VA's full test report and listing date before you spend a credit, so you always know what you are buying. Introductions are final, see the Refund Policy.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. One-off top-ups never expire and need no subscription. Monthly plans are cheaper per introduction and cancel any time, in two clicks, effective at the end of the billing period. There is no six-month term like the job boards.
Do I pay the VA through Vetted?
No. You hire and pay your VA directly, at whatever rate you agree together. Vetted takes no cut of their wages and adds no markup, you only ever pay for introductions.
