Vetted is a directory of remote VAs, chatters, editors, posters, who passed a scored vetting process before appearing here. The results become a Vetted Score. Every introduction costs a flat 1 credit, whatever the score.
How vetting works
Three stages, taken once, before listing.

Scored skills test
A scored, role-specific written test. The chatter test runs 34 questions, written English, sales judgment, situational instinct, with hard fail points that end a weak application on the spot. Every question is timed, including any minutes an applicant spends off the page looking up answers.

Live chat simulation
A live 20-message chat simulation. The next message lands the second the applicant replies, with 45 seconds on the clock for each reply. Pasting is blocked and hesitation is measured. It tests the two things a written test cannot: speed and warmth under pressure.

ID check
A government ID goes on record before a VA is listed. Under-age, phone-only, and careless applicants are turned away. Failed applicants are never listed.
The Vetted Score
One rating, computed from the results.
Every stage of vetting is scored, and the results roll up into a single Vetted Score from 1.0 to 5.0. It is not self-reported and cannot be bought. Every introduction costs 1 credit, whatever the score, so the score is pure signal: it tells you who is worth contacting, not what you will pay. Plans and credit prices are on the pricing page.

Request an introduction.
Contact details stay hidden until you request an introduction. Every introduction costs 1 credit, whatever the VA's score. Buy credits as you go (they never expire) or subscribe monthly for a lower rate.
Hire directly.
An introduction reveals the VA's email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord. You deal with them directly, no agency in the middle, no markup, no cut of what you pay them.
For VAs
Pass the vetting. Join the directory.
Applying is free.
One application: the skills test, a live chat simulation where the role requires one, and a government ID. Set aside uninterrupted time, the whole application is timed.
Pass, and you are listed.
Your profile joins the directory with your Vetted Score. Buyers who request an introduction contact you directly, and you keep everything you negotiate.
Fail, and you are not.
The directory only lists VAs who passed. That is what buyers pay for, and it is what makes a listing worth having.
